Before submitting

• If the game is not working, close and reopen it first.
• For purchase issues, include the type of purchase but do not send payment-card details.
• For a room-code or competition issue, describe the problem without sharing another player's personal information.

Information used by the game

• Nickname and selected in-game avatar.
• Game progress, unlocked levels, EcoCoins, rewards, settings and Living Planet progress.
• Competition scores, rankings, daily challenge results and room-code match information when those features are used.
• Purchase status where needed to provide paid features such as Ad-Free.
• Technical information that may be provided by the app store, advertising provider or hosting service when those services are enabled.
• Support form information, including the parent or guardian email address, selected support category and message, when a support request is submitted.

Children's privacy

EcoGuardians does not require a personal photograph. The game has no public chat, direct messages or online friends system. Where consent or parental involvement is required, the appropriate age-related process applies.

Advertising, consent and purchases

EcoGuardians may use Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show between-level ads and optional rewarded ads. Where required, a consent or privacy choices message may be shown before advertising is enabled. Advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic information in accordance with their own policies and the choices available to the user. Ad-Free removes regular interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain available only when the player chooses to use them. Google Play may process purchase and transaction information needed to provide EcoCoins and Ad-Free.

How information is used

Data sharing

Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, app-store billing, advertising, analytics or security providers, and where required by law.

Retention and player rights

Information should be kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal requirements, security or account recovery. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other privacy choices.

Using EcoGuardians

EcoGuardians is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. You may use the app only in a lawful way and in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules.

Player profile and conduct

• Use an appropriate nickname.
• Do not attempt to cheat, manipulate rankings, interfere with another player's game or bypass security features.
• Room codes are for private matchmaking only and should not be used to exchange personal information.

EcoCoins and virtual items

EcoCoins, tools, rewards, badges and other virtual items are for use inside EcoGuardians. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world currency.

Purchases and Ad-Free

Paid features are processed through the relevant app store or payment provider. Prices, taxes, refunds and purchase restoration are subject to the store's rules and your statutory consumer rights. A parent or responsible adult should approve purchases for children where appropriate.

Competitions

Arena, daily challenge, weekly competition and room-code duel results may depend on scores, completion time and other gameplay rules shown in the app. Cheating, automation or manipulation may result in scores being removed or competition access being restricted.

Availability and changes

Features, rewards, competitions and online services may change over time. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Intellectual property

EcoGuardians, its original artwork, game design, text, branding, software and other content are owned by or licensed to AMDGAMES LTD. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property to the player.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

What children use

• A nickname.
• A selected in-game profile picture.
• Game progress, EcoCoins, rewards and settings.
• Competition scores and room codes when competition features are used.

Online play

Online Arena and daily or weekly competitions are score-based. Room-Code Duel allows private matchmaking by code. There is no chat, direct messaging or friends system.

Purchases and advertising

A parent or responsible adult should approve purchases where appropriate. Reward ads are optional. Ad-Free removes regular between-level advertising.

Family guidance

Families should keep room codes private, avoid using real names or contact details as nicknames, and use device or app-store parental controls where needed.
